Clickpay Global provides international payment, money transfer, and related financial services. Due to the nature of financial transactions, refunds are subject to strict conditions and regulatory requirements.

2. No Automatic Right to Refund After Processing
Once a money transfer or payment has been processed or completed, it cannot usually be reversed or refunded.
This is because:
Funds may already have been delivered to the recipient
Exchange rates may have been locked
Third-party banks or payment partners may have processed the transaction


3. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
The transaction was cancelled before processing
A technical error occurred on our systems
Funds were not delivered due to an operational failure
The transaction was rejected by compliance checks and not processed
Each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


4. Fees and Exchange Rate Differences
Transaction fees may be non-refundable
Exchange rate differences may apply
Any bank or third-party charges already incurred may be deducted from the refunded amount
Clickpay Global is not responsible for losses caused by currency fluctuations after a transaction is initiated.


5. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, where possible
Processing time depends on banks and payment providers and may take 5–10 business days or longer
Clickpay Global does not control third-party processing times


6. Compliance and Regulatory Holds
Refunds may be delayed or refused if required by:
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws
Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) obligations
Legal or regulatory investigations
Clickpay Global may be legally required to retain or report funds in certain circumstances.


7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Where services fail to be provided with due care and skill, customers may be entitled to remedies as required by law.
